[Resolved]  Onida / Split A/C (Sz09gls) — wrong instalation by unauthorised persons sent by the dealer and non supply of remote hand set

Your Representative Mr. Senthil Kumar (mbl No. [protected]) has come to my house on 4.8.2008 and seen the condition of the AC UNIT and says that he is not at all concerned with the subject and just for a formal sake he has come to visit since the E-mail given by me has gone to Mumbai. He also strictly says that he cannot do anything to attend the problems and if necessary you can deal with this matter legally.

One thing I make clear to you that, I am tatally FOOLED by buying your ONIDA PRODUCT. Still now I have not received the remote control for my AC UNIT..

Anyhow, this will be a final reminder and request to you that I wanted my Remote Handset and also the subsequent Services for my AC Unit has to be done only by ONIDA representatives. I will wait for another couple of days for this. So please comeout with proper solutions for my problems. Failing which I am taking the subject to the CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THE mANUFACTURER (onida company) and the dealer M/s. CHELLAMANI & co.AMBATTUR, CHENNAI-600 058. FOR MY TOTAL LOSS AND GRIEVENCES WITH PROPER COMPENSATION WHICH MAY PLEASE BE NOTED.

The above is the correspondence made by mail to the onida authorities. Stil now there is no proper responce. Now basis above the matter will be dealt with legally inconsumer court in a couple of days time. Besides the same will be publised in the "letters to the editor column" in leading Daillies.
