[Resolved]  Onida T.v. — NO SOUND

Dear Sir,

The Onida colour TV was purchased from Harsha showroom, Mangalore about 2 months back for around Rs.7,000/-. The T.V. was spoilt on 29.09.2010. The picture is visible but there is no sound. I have given the complaint to Harsha on that day itself. But till now the complaint has not been attended. I have been repeatedly calling them twice a day but they just tell that the servicemen will come today.
Kindly look into this matter and oblige

Onida T.V. — not repair by service centerfrom last 12.11.2007

my onida tv is not repair till today . when we talk at service center they said part is not avaiable. my tv is in warrenty period. please take immediate action on my complaint.
warranty period =15/5/2005to16/5/2009
