REF:in voice customer code:10144 dated[protected] Dear sir, I have purchased a ONIDA colour tv CO-29-OXFU(300WATT) on[protected] from your authorised dealer 'NANDILATH 'G' MART, WEST GATE, POONKUNNAM THRISSUR. Your good self, I wish to draw your special attention to my complaint. With GREAT EXPECTATION, I have selected your branded home appliance t.v 29''inch"OXYGEN SERIES.Really i astonished &I am disappointed that the t.v just only covered 3 year life service only. I came to know that the picture tube of the same have damaged, no any other alternative to rectify the fault, only Replace. I am an ordinary man living as a old defense pensioner (1994) at the age of 57 years old . i really feared & stunned on hearing the comments from the technician.I confirmed that it is a manufacturing mistake with using mismatching components units which are need for a 29"inch' t.v screen & poor quality of the same.I need a justice & help from you.I want to get repaired.Being a poor person needless to say moreover.Actually the shocking news of huge expense need for repair is really morale down, tension blame to selecting the products. I once again request you to take a favorable response /prestigious issue.In the sake of company & to a veteran of "BASANT RIVER" 1971 WAR OPERATION (161)FIELD REGIMENT OF ARTILLERY -RETIRED.
