[Resolved] Onida TV 29 Oxygen — ONIDA unable to service my TV which is in Extended warranty till 2011
I have a 29" ONIDA Oxygen TV and has EWC till 2011 on the advise of service engineer. After so many calls for one week, finally customer care[protected] lifted the phone and gave me a complaint number for my TV problem. (Complaint Number #[protected]
One of the engineers Sharma from ONIDA visited my house and he said its a small problem and he don't have parts and will take 3-4 days to get them and went away. After a couple of reminders and calls another service engineer Rajinikanth came with one transistor and replaced it and he saw the TV is not switched on. Then he said its a major problem and he don't know what the exact problem is and went away asking me to bring the TV to service center.
I asked them to let me know what the exact issue is "may be LOT or picture tube" and he said he don't know thats the reason, he's asking to bring to service center. He's finally unable to find the root cause and left away.
I don;t know how the ONIDA is recruiting and sending uneligible guys to service the TV which we buy with lot of money.
NOTE : We have a similar ONIDA TV in vizianagaram and have LOT issue in the past and its easily found by service engineer and he replaced it. But I don;t know why ONIDA is not having such type of skilled persons who can isolate the issue and troubling consumers.
Please do the needful.
