[Resolved]  Onida TV Oxygen 29 Thunder 1200 Oxts — POOR RESPONSE AND SERVICE

Dear Sir,

We have purchase a TV (ONIDA OXYGEN 29 THUNDER 1200 OXTS) from RA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD , "Samir" Bldg. Kothi Road,Vadodara.

After approx three months this TV get damaged and they provide us reparing and then after they have also make a replacement of TV but now new TV also get damaged and they are not giving us proper responce.

Please do the needful in this matter.

tv 29 — poor service ,poor response

despite two complains d e [protected] & d e l [protected] t v is not repaired ,to go for another complaint registration via s m s is suggested. no responsible officials take care of customer,but the average incompetent mechanic .
