Non functioning of TV Dear Sir, Complaint No. - [protected] My ONIDA TV suddenly in March, 2010 went blank and the service engineer (from ONIDA Service centre, Ratnagiri) ) came to our house and replace parts from the TV & take Rs. 950/- for Rs.450/- service charge & Rs.500/- Charge for parts.But that person yet not give me proper bill of Rs. 950/- Complaint No. - [protected] Again onida TV Display GOne & nobody come for repair this is too much. your service is very very bad & your Ratnagiri service center is third class level. I had complained about my Onida TV 29" Flat 15 March 2010, complaint no. R/03/347. Now after 25 days of the complaint, i feel like cheated, insulted.

History
I had bought Onida 29" Flat TV in November 2009 from Maharaja Trading Co, Ratnagiri. After some times it closed display completely.
Regarding this we registered compliant in the customer service at Ratnagiri. (Compliant numbers: R/03/347 dt. 15/03/2010 & R/04/16 dt. 07/04/2010).
One Gentle from customer service came, by accidently in Night 10 pm & doing something then tv start & he takes Rs. 950/- for Rs. 500/- for parts & Rs.450/- for service charge but yet give me proper bill.
After that we used regularly but on 7th again creat problem & no one come for repairing. your service center is third class level.
I am really fed up of calling Service Engineer again & again.
Now I am humbly request Onida Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify my TV problems.
Then I had one more request to onida please keep some able persons in prime areas. (At least who can speak in politely) in customer service as relation ship managers.
I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop Onida from my mind.
