Onida Window Ac — No response for service

Dear Sir,
I had purchase window AC from AC World Chembur. While installation it found crack on outer Grill. Engineer gave assurance that he will change the grill with in 2-3 days. But nobody came. I regularly called the lady who running the AC World shop.First she shown interest and gave assurance to handle this issue. Now she not responding my call and nor any answer regarding my complaint.I personally logged complaint to Onida customer care. They took my complain but same result,nobody came till date.Kindly help me what to do.Image of Onida going ruined.
