[Resolved]  Orange Business Services — took loan from citibank but got 64960Rs instead of 100000.00Rs

Hi dear Sir/madam,

Last week I had applied for loan on Citibank the loan amount was 100000.00Rs. Citibank has done all background verification, they were satisfied. On 9th April-2010 they transfered loan amount 64960.00Rs only in my citibank account. When I started contacting citibank they told me that you already had some loan with citibank previously. But at the moment they were doing crosschek before issuing the loan, I was not told about such existing loan (as I had never ever taken such loan). They are telling that you had produced address details of banglore when you taken first loan. When I asked for all other detals like ID proof, address details, orgnization I was working with, and photo ID, they had not given any answer. They are telling now that they will first check then only they will tell. I have to call every time to know the update on my complain, but they are just creating the new request every time and not giving any update on previous request. Please help me on this regard, I am suffering like any thing. My contact details are as below:-
