please immdly try to contact other buyers also, who have been cheated by this company and you all join together and file a police compliant by meeting senior level police officer. Im sure police dept will proceed with the action, meanwhile try to contact any news channel and new-paper and explain them about the incident and happenings, they shall write it in media and it will help to get more attention and get the case solved asap.

As advised earlier, we have formed a group which is getting stronger by the day and presently we have 75 members.
We held a press conference last Saturday and met the Commisioner of police the same day.
The scam reports were published in Deccan Cronicle, Bangalore mirror and was on Kannada ETV.
Please file your complaint for FIR at Rammurthy Nagar police station and join our group Email ID "[protected]@yahoogroups.com" to be update with the on going actions of the Group. we request your active participation to fight these goons and cheaters.

Folks, I went and lodged a complaint at the Central crime branch (CCB), CottonPet today from my orange premium apartment, it is dissapointing to know that the Orange properties owners are underground now. There were tons of complaints lying with the CCB. and even for Orange woods and electronics.
Some o[censored]s Internet savvy are aware of the problem but there would be many others who are not yet aware of the problem.
I used this post today to write my greivances to some press email ids, and I will be sending some letters to the various new editors as well, please try doing the same and write your grievances and hope we get some notice on this problem.

Orange property — Cheated lakhs of rupees
After seeing ad of a site on old madras road ( budhiere road) for european township, I decided to to check it out and reached the site. What I saw was hundred of people booking the site and I saw that almost all of the sites were booked. Thinking that it might be good investment, I also booked a site by paying 2Lakhs.Few weeks later when I called their office for the status, I cam e to know that the site is in some other name. I visited their office in Prestige meredian. They re-alloted my site and promised that it happened by mistake and asked me to sign the agreement by paying another 6 Lakhs. I got the papers from them and thought of giving some more time before signing agrement.
Few weeks earlier I found that the propery guys have moved out and none of their phones are working.
If anyone else has also faced similar situation, pls. let me know if any case has been filed against them.
I m planning to file complaint in consumer court. Lets get united and show these goons that they cannot get away with our hard earned money.
