Had booked2flats in orange township in2009&paid 4lakhs. After sending agreement copies, the builders disappered. Have been struggling to find more information against the fraudulent builder who vanished by looting people like us. Can we form a group & file a case aginst the builders? Has anybody got any refunds? What is the latest status on this please?...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Fraud by Orange
I have booked a flat in the Month of Dec 2008 and paid 3lacs and 22 thousand against the Orange township and made the sale agreement for a return cheque of 5000 till the project completion, however i never received money nor any confirmation, on calling them they only provide assurance.
