[Resolved]  Orient Technologies Pvt. Ltd — Over working of Employees

Hi Sir/ Madam,

This is to bring to your notice a company Orient Technologies Pvt Ltd, situated at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
My Sister in Law works here as a Network Support Engineer.
She is an BE Electronics Graduate from Mumbai University.
After her graduation, she was searching a job. After a long time of struggle and tries, she got a job in this company.

As per law, a employee should work for 48 hours a week. However this company make her and her team mates to work for 7 days a week.
The salary given to them is very less. No over time for working more than 48 hours. Not a single week off. They get week of only if there is any emergency or valid reason for the same.

National / Bank holiday is a dream for them. They have to work day in day out. No annual leave, no yearly appraisal and increment.

Even though these all are freshers, no company have rights to behave in such a inhuman way. I told her to lodge a complaint against this, however she was scared to do so because she thought she might loose her job.

She is very hard working and self-made girl. She values her independence and aspires to have a good career ahead.

Recently she is not keeping well. Doctor told that she had weakness and asked to do a blood test.

I was very much concerned. And hence decided to lodge the complaint here.

Please ask the company to keep their working hours as per the standard laws and provide appropriate salary to them.
