Company overworking employees
Hello Sir/Madam,
My sister in law works in a company, Orient Technologies pvt ltd, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai as an Network support engineer.
As per the rule, for any MNC or private firm the working hours should be 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. Or maximum 5 and half days.
