[Resolved] Oriental Insurance Co Ltd — DELAY CLAIM SETTLEMENT | |||
Hi this is mayank, my father had taken a mediclaim policy from ORIENTAL INSURANCE CO ltd and the TPA is M/s MD INDIA HEALTH CARE LIMITED. Policy no is [protected]. My father has expired on 13 sept 2010 and we have sent all the documents to MD INDIA HEALTHCARE LTD (TPA). The bill amount was 33000/- approx and we have send the claim amount of rs 25000/- approx. Even after four months of sending the claims we have still not recieved our claim amount. The agent Mr. Raju mohile ( mob no[protected] is neglecting the claim from the day we have submitted the documents even he has stopped responding our calls. The TPA is everytime sending us different queries. This is a death claim which ideally should not take more than 30 days to process. But in the above case its more than 3 months now.
