Husband of complainant insured with Oriental Insurance Company, Divisional office No. 14, 80 FIE, Patpar Ganj, Industrial Area, Dehli vide policy nos. 271700/48/2009/363 and 271700/48/2009/365 woth of Rs. 250000 and Rs. 300000/- who died on[protected] but claim repudiated due to limitation while intimation and all documents have been submitted to the concerned office on demand after due intimation at proper time. Deceased Virender Singh s/o Bal Ram R/o Kohla Tehsil Gohana Distt. Sonepat having Nagrik Suraksha Policy bearing no. 271700/48/2009/363 & 365 of Rs. 2, 00, 000/- and 3, 00, 000/- for the period[protected] to[protected] who died on[protected] in accident. Whole documents along with original policies submitted to the Oriental Insurance company Ltd, Divisional office No. 14, 80, FIE, Patpar Gang, Industrial Area, Delhi 110092. Claim not delivered due to non submitted the information with in a week while intimation was sent on[protected] through brother of his wife. Kindly order for payment of claim of insurance. Wife Smt. Babita and minor son namely Nikhil are the legal heirs of deceased Virender Singh.
