i cant scrap to my friends in orkut

sir mostly i m unable to send request to add new friend the msg "the adding of friend is temparory disable " appear that is irritated me

error is coming in the status instead of available

Have a beautifull life ahead. Sir, My orkut account is not working properly from yesterday. I am not able to write scraps, accept friends request and also send friendship request. I am also member of Economics and Positive Thinking Community. I am not able to contribute my writeups/articles in the afoesaid forums.
