Anybody is there who can tell me how can i recover form this error.

Hello Sir,
I am unable to send any friend request to any one and this happens with me lots of time before also.

I am very frustated by this problem.because I am a permanent orkutter and unable to add any frends .
So pls look out at my problem and try your best to solve it.
and hopefully nvr let it happpen again.
