[Resolved]  Orkut — addition of friends has been temporarily disabled

HELLO SIR / MADAM,
I AM NOT ABLE TO SEND SCRAPS TO MY FRND, I GET ERROR SAYING "POSTING TO TIS USER IS DISABLED" ALMOST ALL TIME I GET... I CAN'T EVEN SCRAP MY FRND WHO IS IN ANOTHER PLACE...DEY SAY TAT WAIT FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS...AFTER TAT AGAIN IF I START SCRAPING TO MY FRNDS, AGAIN SAME THING...BUT MY HAS MADE NEW ACCOUNT IN ORKUT HE SEND ALMOST 40 SCRAPS TO HIS FRND, FOR HIM NO PROBLEM ITS ONLY FOR ME...
SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU GIVE SOME SOLUTION FOR THIS...

Sir, this is vivek i have complain about orkut friend request facility.I can't send any friend request when send then i got the message that your friend request is temparary disabled so please give me solution on this problem as early as possible...
