[Resolved]  Orkut — addition of friends has been temporarily disabled

I AM SUFFERING FRM THE SCRAP DISABLED FRM MY TIME WHEN I STARTED TO USE ORKUT.IT IS FOR THE COMMUNICATION PURPOSES WE USE THIS ORKUT.WE USSALY COMMUNICATE WITH THE SCRAP.SO INCREASE THE SCRAP RATE TO 500 PER PERSON IN A FRND OF THE LIST.
YOU CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM BY
1)INCREASE THE SCRAP COUNT TO 500 TO A FRIEND OF THE FRIEND LIST
2) DONT DISABLE THE SCRAP SENDING INSTEAD BLOCK TESTIMONAL WRITING, MEASSAGE SENDING ETC TO AVOID SPAM.

I this is manjunath, I am unable to send friend requests through my orkut profile...This problem came since morning and it still continues...Whenever I try to do so it shows a message that addition of friends has been temporarily disabled. Please solve it.
