[Resolved] Overnite Express Courier — Charging charges for PAN card delivery | |||
These guys charged the delivery charges for PAN card, which they shouldn't have taken. When I called their customer care they told the guy whom they had sent for delivery is newly joined and not aware of the rules. I got the delivery guys phone number and called him. He told he will return but he didnt come at all. This company service is worst and please dont give any charges for delivery of pan card. They should give proper training to new hires before sending for delivery. Think if these guys collect charges for pan card delivery from everyone. Was this information helpful? | |||

These guys charged even from me saying postal charges are to be brone by the applicant. I tried to reach there office number as provided by the delivery guy bust was constantly coming busy. He then took courier charges for delivering the PAN card stating the department does not pay for delivering PAN card.
