[Resolved]  Overnite Express Courier Service — delay of service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am from Panvel, Dist Raigad, one document(pan card) was earlier despatched by NSDL, through your courier vide docket #[protected] dtd.[protected], but still i have not received it.

I am following it with Mumbai Lho, with Mr. Gambhir, & at Panvel with Mr. Yogesh on [protected] since last 4 days i soon as i get the status of cn. is out for delivery on[protected], still nither cn has received, nor some body has given me proper information about the same. Mr Yogesh is saying it NO SERVICEABLE AREA, I said, please confirm me I will collect the same from your office, but again he said the cn. is not traceble now i will call you back whithin 30 minitus, but no reply from him since last 4-5 days, & he is not responding to my call/phone

Still I am waiting, But no body is able to confirm the status.

So I am requesting you kindly confirm the status immidietelly otherwise i will file the complant against concern person or overnite courier with the help of NSDL.

That SMS says D/Sir, We are unable to deliver your courier from PAN CARD.Your Ref.No[protected] Contact us. [protected] Tks - Overnite Express. when i call on these number, i don't get any respose. These number are giving some bips. Please call me or give me a your correct details as soon as possible. it's urgent.

My Airway bill number is[protected] & I have to receive one courier. While web tracking it is showing courier is in coimbatore. They haven't delivered the courier to me. If they would have called my Mobile / Contact number if would have collect from their office itself. While contacting coimbatore office Operation team for delivery, they are shouting that courier will not be delivered in our address since they are not having delivery person & it will be back & to collect from the sender itself. The courier kept there in office for 5 days & returned back to the sender. The operation team in coimbatore is saying that we will be like this only & you can complaint whereever you can.

If we are collecting all the things from sender itself then no need for courier itself know. Kindly advice me how to go about.

I received the similar message today.I am residing in pune.
I was to receive my insurance policy and after receiving the message i tried to call the mentioned no. but is reciving the message that Phone number not in use.
I have written a mail to them hope to receive some feedback.

I have received a teliphone call day before yesterday asking about my adress and landmark. I have clearly explaind the same and to whom they can delivered the packet if i am not present at home. even after crosing 4 days neigther the packet received nor a telephone call there after. Overnite Courier Service — Delay of courier service

I have sent important documents through overnite express limited courier service on 08.12.09 at 10 am. My Docket no. is[protected], from kolkata to Bangalore. But till today up to 5pm, the document have not reached to Bangalore. Please let me know that how long it will take to reach to Bangalore by Air. Please let me know the status.
