overnite expree — delay in delivery

I have booked my i -ticket on 31.5.2010. still we have not recieved it. I called so many times to irctc from where i got the no of overnite express Patna Branch No. but all the nos are eithere non reachable or switch off. My pnr no is [protected].
No is helping me. i am so fedup from last three days.

I booked a consignment on 18/08/2014 vide [protected] from New Delhi to Chennai addressed to Vibhor singh, Flat no 1081, ESTANCIA, GST ROAD, Guduvancherry, Chennai 603202. His mobile no is [protected].This is adjoining to SRM UNIVERSITY, Katttankulathur, Please get it delivered at the earliest as it is being held at Chennai for last three days.

My friend had parcel to me some medicine consignment no. [protected] from JAIPUR on 25/8/14 for JEHANABAD . When I tracked the consignment it is showing it is reached to NEW DELHI on 26/8/14.
When I contacted to near overnite express center (near to my home) .They have given some number . I call on that number but no body is taking responsibility. I mail also [protected]@del.overnite-mail.com DELHI and [protected]@pat.overnite-mail.com Patna Office but till now no body is given to any response.
When i called to booking centre OVERNITE COURIER OPPOSITE TO GOSHALA, TONK ROAD on his mobile - [protected]. He replied : call me after 10 minutes . After that he is no picking the call.
I already expend so much money on phone to contact their employee but finally no one given to answer : how to receive my consignment.
What ever they mention the contact numbers on website are not working.

My consignment number [protected], i want to deliver this courier urgent so i choose overnite priority which should be delivered on 26 june but on 27th june i called Nagpur office to know about status but they said we didn't receive your package. I paid 5X amount to deliver this order because its my first online sale. overnite Express make my first sale worst and i have to pay 500rs compensation to customer because of delay in delivery. Evertime i call overnite Express they said we need some time. Who will bear the loss now. This courier service make my company first impression worst. I want compensation from them
