Sir/Madam
On May 27, 2009 I booked the tickets for 2 persons (journey from Pune to Chennai on 25th June09 by Indigo airlines, and Chennai to Pune on date 27 June09 by Kingfisher airlines) through oxitravel.in i.e. from above company's website. The passengers name was Dr.Shankar Wavre and Mr.Shankar Shelke. But due to some business work my brother in law Mr Shankar Wavre asked to me cancel only his ticket from pune to chennai PNR C2ENDV, travel ID 13385 and Chennai to Pune ticket number[protected], PNR 1G-VZ747, travel ID 13394 for that I talked with Indigo Airlines and Kingfisher airlines on June 22, 2009 respective airlines cancelled the ticket of only Shankar Wavre and Indigo airlines issued me cancellation PNR "V2RUAP" and kingfisher airlines cancellation ref was "oeaezu" .On same day 22 June2009, I informed about the cancellation of Shankar Wavre's journey to the Oxicash/Oxitravel's concerned member Miss Pooja and Miss. Jyoti Kataria on their email id "[protected]@myoxigen.com, jyoti.[protected]@bcubeit.com "and same as well on phone also. Kingfisher airlines and indigo airlines applied cancellation charges of Rs 250/- and Rs 750/- respectively for Shankar Wavre’s ticket which was same I agreed on oxitravel’s fare rules conditions available while doing the booking. But Miss Jyoti Kataria and Pooja from oxicash told me they will charge Rs850 and Rs 350/- charges while doing the refund to me for which I was not agreed. I told them Rs 750 and Rs 250 were shown as cancellation charges in fare rules while confirming the booking and no other charges were highlighted or mentioned. But till date neither Jyoti kataria, Pooja nor any one from oxicash refunded my Rs 200 which they charged more while doing refund to me. The fare which I paid for booking the Shankar Wavre’s ticket was Rs 5034/- and refund should be Rs 4034 but oxicash refunded me Rs 3834/- which is Rs 200/- less than which I should get. I follow up with Oxicash’s team on email on call from more than month but they are not doing refund Rs 200 to me.

The back journey of Mr Shankar Shelke from Chennai to Pune by kingfisher airlines (Ticket number[protected]was on June 27, 2009.But oxicash /oxitravel cancelled the ticket of Shankar Shelke’s of Kingfisher airlines IT 3624 (Dep time 3:30 p.m)without confirmation from my side. During the enquiry Kingfisher airlines told us that travel agent took the refund for ticket of Shankar Shelke so ticket is automatically cancelled. As flight was also delayed upto 5:45 p.m. immediately I talked with Miss Pooja and Jyoti Kataria from oxicash asked to arrange the ticket for Shankar Shelke of same flight for same day without any extra charges from my side. I told oxicash that Shankar Shelke’ was ready to purchase the fresh ticket from counter, as ticket fare was more than prev. booking value so oxicash was neither ready to give us the confirmation to refund the fare difference between fresh ticket value and prev .booking value nor they arranged the ticket of same flight for Shankar Shelke to catch the same flight which was possible for them from 2:00 pm to 5:30 p.m. So my relative missed the flight due to careless work and non cooperation of Oxicash/Oxitravel team even they dare to say me that what I will do if they did not refund my money or not arranging the fresh ticket for Shankar Shelke. But when I said I will register complaint in consumer forum against your company for compensation against harassment and our business loss, they finally arranged the Indigo airlines ticket for same date but for dep time 9:00 pm journey. Only due to Oxicash’s careless work my relative loss his business reputation which matter for us. Even I was harassed by the Oxicash team for not responding to my complaint on phone and email for compensation. Oxicash is denied to pay me Rs 30000/- compensation for inconvenience and business loss of my relative though ticket purchase was possible for both party. Oxicash is saying they already beared ticket of Shankar Wavre more than prev. purchse price. But if oxicash bear the higher rate of ticket then they are wholly responsible for this and inconvenience, our business loss. Even they are not responding to my calls and emails for refunding Rs 200 and said compensation which I already informed me to Mr.Somen from oxicash.
