[Resolved] Oxicash — debit for failed transaction | |
This is [name removed] , having an oxicash wallet which i use for mobile recharges. on 18th of march, i did an e-top up of bsnl from my wallet for an amount of Rs 112/- but it showed that the transaction failed. after that i when i checked my balance, it was debited with Rs 112/-. i immediately registered a complain with oxicash over the phone and they gave me a complain id and said that the matter will be solved within 24-48 hrs and the balance will be refunded back in my wallet.but i have not received the refund amt. and neither am i gettin any replies from them.i have mailed them almost 5-6 times but to no avail. i would request u to kindly look into the matter and take some strict action against this company. This is firoj mulani from valsad. i have recharged my reliance mobile prepaid a/c by Rs. 210 vide tx no.[protected] on 24th august at 15.52.47. but after 7 hrs my account not credited with Rs210.
i have reg complete with customer care vide compliant no.2335309. but till time no action taken by Oxicash side. For mistake of oxicash people why customer have to suffer. Should i take this case to Customer Forum?

[protected] but recharge not done and i had got the sms from ur service that agent has insufficient funds wallet reversal within 72 hours but my account has not been credited with that amount of rs 25rs kindly credit this amount as soon as possible

This email is with the reference to wallet "top up" and "recharge through pin". I, mayank kumar verma, oxicash user have recharged (56 rupees) my e-wallet on 1 DEC. 2009 with the SBI reference no. (IG[protected] but the money is not credited to my oxicash account although 56 rupees is deducted from my bank account and also i have recharged my prepaid mobile ([protected]) with oxicash pin of "rupees 17" two times but both pins are not working.
The pins are as follows:

both the pins are not working.

i have also top up my oxicash account via sbi net banking . The amount was taken from sbi account but not credited to oxicash account. I registered a complain but of no avail. the transaction date was 5 th feb. 2010 but till now 11 feb my oxicash account is not credited. when contacted they always gave the reply that it will be credited till eveninig but of no avail. I am tired of contacting the customer care. they always gave the reply that they are not getting transation statement from my bank account. so i also send the photocopy of the transation with reference no, but also it was of no use. so now what to do. th
