[Resolved] Oxicash — debit for failed transaction | |
This is [name removed] , having an oxicash wallet which i use for mobile recharges. on 18th of march, i did an e-top up of bsnl from my wallet for an amount of Rs 112/- but it showed that the transaction failed. after that i when i checked my balance, it was debited with Rs 112/-. i immediately registered a complain with oxicash over the phone and they gave me a complain id and said that the matter will be solved within 24-48 hrs and the balance will be refunded back in my wallet.but i have not received the refund amt. and neither am i gettin any replies from them.i have mailed them almost 5-6 times but to no avail. i would request u to kindly look into the matter and take some strict action against this company. TATA Indicom — TRANSACTION FAILED BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTED
SIR/MADAM,I WAS TRYING TO RECHARGE MY TATA INDICOM MOBILE[protected] ON 05/03/2011 IN THE EVENING WITH RS.225/- , BUT I COULD NOT DO IT, THE TRANSACTION FAILED DURING THE RECHARGE & I DID NOT RECEIVED THE BALANCE ON MY MOBILE BUT THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT OF SBI. I REPEATED THE PROCESS TWICE SO THE TOTAL AMOUNT DEDUCTED IS RS.450/- FROM MY ACCOUNT.
HOW I WILL GET MY DEDUCTED AMOUNT BACK.

I very much agreed with your complaints, as i forget to check that about oxicash in this forum which caused my Rs.100, to give for recharge but no response, why we cant to any action over it, if this is the matter for few guys if for many users how much will they really earning with that scam sites, Kindly anybody message me whome to contact for stop this sitefrom functioning ?
