[Resolved]  Pacl India Limited — TRUSTWORTHY OF PACL

I AM NEW TO PACL INDIA LIMITED, ONE OF MY FRIEND RECOMENDED TO DEPOSIT OF RS.50, 000/- AND ALSO FOR RD, I DONT KNOW THE ABOUT THE COMPANY IT IS GOOD OR ANY GURANTEE LET ME KNOWPLEASE THANKING YOU...

Have any officer are present in PACL for answar the above complains and quenstions. I Nirmal Adkhikari also send some question to PACL complain box but i had not find any reply from PACL.

In any Agent or Senior person assure me about good faith of PACL in my id (as send mail) then i will surely deposit in PACL a som of Rs. 10000 to 30000. I also intrest for RD of Rs. 1000/- per mont for 6 or 7 years.

PLZ. GIVE ME ANSWER OF THESE COMPLAINTS ABOUT PACL

One of the agent approached me for deposit and showed a small card which shows the maturity amount and plot area, but the location of the plot not mentioned. In the card itself there is no details about the office address, Head Quarter Office. The agent himself not aware of the company details. No handouts or brouchers available with the agent. From the agent, I came to know that one should think very seriously before investing in this company.

all the complaints i have read, which are in my mind also wanting eagerly to know the authentication of the firm.

The same as my compliant one who agent was forced to deposit about the quterly basis deposit may collect before the maturity date let me know the company has not allocated any plot are when the money was deposited with double payment was return.But nobody can aware this company was not refund the money agent only befit for collected other people money.More over this PACL company was charged CBI for the SCAM of wrong commitment and misused the fund.

They are totally cheating company don't invest please my 50k still they are not give me

Don't do any investments. It's fraud. And didn't refund amount for last 5 years... Many innocent ppl... Including agents were been cheated. All don't know how to get their money back
