We Saw Sun News ,They show some Problems in pacl insurance company,customers are throwed a stone on the pacl companyand broke the windows and the gat was put sealed.So, how we believe this company,and most o[censored]s invested along with us.So what is the solution for us.

Dear Sharad, you should check your plot registration letter for the term of your plan. If your plan term is of 6 years, why are you asking for refund only after 1 year. Both the company and you are bound by the agreement of the sale of plot. Secondly, check on the top right of your registration letter, you will find "opting out not allowed" written on it. So what is fraud by the company in your case.

I invested money in PACL (pearla agro corporation limIted.i seen that PACL is under control of FCCII. IF ANYTHING HAPPENED BADLY TO THE PACL will central government take care of the people who invested in PACL.PACL — Not returning money on completion of maturity
siri was paying to pacl since last six years and now i have submitted the documents to the branch on completion of maturity but the company is not making payments. i have submitted the documents on 30 Jun 12.
