[Resolved] Paid Parking Contractor — Paid Parking Contractor, Tot mall, Sector 62, Noida | |
I would like to lodge a complaint against the paid parking contractor, tot mall, sector 62, Noida. He had already encroached a large part around the road in front of tot mall and was forcibly charging parking fees from the visitors. But now he has encroached the area in front of the Mother Dairy, which as I understand, does not fall under the area allotted to him. He has kept some 4-5 men, who have no sense of talking to people and are always ready to quarrel. The same thing happened with me yesterday on 2nd Aug 2009, when he started to ask for money for the parking ticket. I told him that the area in front of Mother Dairy does not belong to him and I was parking there from past 3 years and then he started talking in extremely cheap and foul language. When I asked him that if this area was allotted to him, then he can show me the relevant documents. He said that he has hung boards there and that was all required for him to lay his claim. I would like the relevent dpeartments to look into these people who are charging illegal parking fees all the time Was this information helpful? | |

whatever the complaint laid against the parking of TOT mall is true to the core.I would like the concerned authorities to take some action against the HOODLUMS appointed at the parking lot who have absolutely no sense of decency.i would also like to know the parking rules regarding the charges to be paid when a driver is sitting in the car.

The complaints against the parking lot of TOTmall are absolutly correct and its true that police takes money from them as the police of that area are mostly seen sharing cigaretes and juices with them and seems to be very pally with them. I would like the authorities to check if there is any thing like ''parking fee'' that has to be charged in that area ...i doubt . The concerned authorities must issue the i-cards to the people charging parking fee and must make provision to let common man know about the boundaries to where such fees are levied.
these men are rude, badtamiz, cheap and the eyesore to everyone who comes there. they are endlessly extending there boundaries, initially it was small area that covers the parking fee okay, stiill agreed but now every other day they are extending there boundaries.i want to know who gave them the permission.who is the don of that area jiske gang ka wo part hein.definitely this is not permitted under any authority
You need to get together, ask your neighbors and the people staying around to get together and ask the contractor to come with all papers and we can file a case against them in local police station or in authority. Even i don't know why your local RWA is coming in picture and they are not asking to stop this kind o[censored]nauthorised parking in that area. If you would like to raise the voice then: 1. First get unite, 2. Share your email ID's and contact to decide one day when we can approach local authority.
