[Resolved]  Pal Group — PAL GROUP is cheating with customers

Pal group is a big cheater, I booked a property in neemrana 3 years back, can you imgaine when I called them up in Feb 2009 they said they have called off neemrana project they are no more doing it, when I asked them why didnt you send information to your customers, he said nothing, just you can take your refund after filling in the application he ( Mr Kumar) said take your cheque after one month, and today 21/04/09 they are giving me post dated cheques of april 2010
It is my hard earn money they have no rights to use this money, am going to sue them for this.
So all those who are thinking about this am sure I have change your decision,
Am looking for more people who have faced the same issue please come forward and join in we must teach them a lesson

Today we learnt through India News that Pal group has is cheating all o[censored]s. we have booked in sector -89 for Billa flats. Please let us know the updated status if you have and include is in the yours list if no reply from Pal group. my id is [protected]@hotmail.com.
Is there any PAL Groups Resident society, if yes write back to me.

I am also facing the same issue, i book the flat in PAL garden till now only 2 floor are there, i feel
they the just collecting money ..

One suggestion why all peoples have books there flat in PAL group Jointly talk to PAL builder and if they does listen to us then file a common sue against them.

This is request to all PAL groups flat's owner, not to pay futher amount.
We have two flats booked with PAL in Sector 89. I agree we need to make an association & then take things forward. Most o[censored]s have invested in PAL so that we get our OWN home. Together we can work to create a system so that we talk in one voice to PAL. I believe, that what each o[censored]s would ideally want is a FLAT/Villa. If an association is formed please advice. In case it is not, I invite that all o[censored]s meet on this 2nd October & take a call on next action. My contact number is [protected].

I had booked a villa in the group housing society in 89 sec faridabad way back in 2006, but till date nothing happened. Whenever I call in their offices they bloody refuse refunding my hard earned money, I would like to join the group to take necessary action. I am planning to lodge a case after sending legal notice. I had booked a flat in the name of my daughter in Pal group Faridabad in 2007.Yestarday I personely visited the site where there is no construction is happening at site. When I asked to their representative they advised that if you are not given possesion in time than company will pay you palenty .I do not think that they will give the flat by 2010. I had invested my hard and sweat money, I had requested to refund but they had failed.
I think people should join hands in getting rid of bullies of thest BUILDER. We must fight for our hard and sweat money.

I big to say make a unity and develop man power bcz man power is a one option to dissolve any case in India automatic politic media and lot legal pressure develop and result occurs positive way and dessolve all issues and may be closed all miss-communication and fell better

must all of require to any builder if house / plats / floor/ land any property booked by any builder we must know details with contact numbers regarding them. so, that same house is not book by other persone

Yes, i too book 2bedroom flat in sector 78 project three years before and till now there is no confirmation when this project will get complited. its our hard money we should jointly fight with him to get it back if possible we should dicuss and meet on one comman platform and fight against him.
I have registered a FIR against the cheater company recently i.e. on 03.02.2010 u/s 420/406/465/506/120-B/34 of IPC in PS Prashant Vihar New Delhi. as the company is registered with ROC at B-45 Sec 9 Rohini Join hand with me for Stern action against the Cheater Compnay and its management.

Sanjay others .. I am also a victim of one of their Sec 78 project in faridabad. Since I dont stay in india .. I ended up paying them 11++ lacs almost 42% of the total cost.

I stopped paying them once I camr to know and after seeing from my own eyes that there is no develeopment what so ever.

Its pathetic that these kind of frauds happen in NCR .. which is a hub of govt activities.

Please feel free to reach me .. is there is a cummulative effort going on againt the builder.
i took refund for flat booked in nimrana and got PDC cheques which are getting bounced...This is my hard earned money and am not going to loose it... We have to fight together for same...

Pal group is the real big cheater and local 3rd class Goondas...even I had my hard earned money stuck in their promised project in Gurgaon..they have not started from last 3 years and they acted like Goondas when I went to their office Spetember 2009. I am still in Leagal battle with them to get my money back ...they are really criminals they should be punished for this illegal construction business they are doing...
Don't ever get into their trap...They are big Frauds and fully unprofessional company...
