[Resolved] Palande Courier Services — Lost the courier | |
Hello, I Send a courier from PALANDE COURIER ,2/3 Erandwane, Karve Road, Opposite S. N. D. T., Behind State Bank of India, Pune - 411 004, Maharashtra - India. After 15 days and several follow ups they told me that this has been lost. Afterwards they asked me a submit a complaint in written and to contact after 10 days. After 18 days of complaint they called up saying all they could do is giving me 750 rs which is less than Half of My courier value.That was a gift to someone so not reaching at all is another loss to me. Its really been horrible experiece with this courier company in pune...At the very first place how they can loss some1's courier and on top of that they are not ready to listen to customer and refund the valuable money...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...
This is really irresponsisble behavior.How could we rely on such service providers while sending important documents etc.
I agree that mistakes do happen in any business, however the way in which they rectify those mistakes are important. In this case company is behaving is not taking any step to rectify or give proper compensation (although nothing can be compensated for gift). This is ridiculous.
The very first concern with courier business is what happen if a courier has been lost, how the courier company deals with this situation. If a courier service deal with their customers in this way then we should not use it for sending gifts / documents.

this palande courier service is a very good and uniqe example of worlds worst service.I am also suffering now a days from this palande couriers bad services.they lost my courier and after several follow up taken then told that my courier is lost.they must have change thier cell phones dialer tone ...no...no...must have lock all the palande courier shops.and learn from a uneducated boy who take care of his bafellows, cows, ships and bring them carefully at home in evening by correctoly identifing them from a lot.
Worst Courier Company ever seen, i have sent one courier through this agency on 9th November, i am still following up with these guys to get the trace of it, the employees associated with this company are very unprofessional & rude in behaviour. I will always regrert on my decision that i have chosen the Palande courier services.

RECOMENDATION: DO NOT USE PALANDE COURIER SERVICES ...
