My client send me curiar 2 October Mumbai to Sawantwadi doct no[protected] but not coming in Sawantwadi please help me...

My client sent me courier on 31/08/19, rct. No.[protected] from ratnagiri and it was delivered on 4th sep to ichalkaranji office and still parcel was not delivered to my address due to non service area reason. Today is 8th sep 19. I am. Bot able to understand within 2 - 3 kms and within within city municipal area i[censored] r not providing service then y u take it from customer and u did not informed to client before making any receipt. Today if courier not received then i will make a complaint to consumer court immediately. My number is [protected]. My complaint is against palande courier, ichalkaranji office.

Staff of erandawne office is misleading and arrogant I was told office remains open on Sunday open but it was closed hence I transported my deo two wheeler through my friend from erandawne pune office to ratnagiri despite of proper instructions by my friend i got my two wheeler with broken mirror and scratches had staff of erandawne office been provided me correct information I would have kept deo for transport on Saturday. Very disappointed

I had booked my consignment on 5 days before but it's not delivering..
And the consignment was for pune to nashik (422222)
I booked my consignment near sndt college palande courier.
It was urgent because it was for university i.. E, for education purpose
And customer cares are saying that we will deliver it when we will get time because we can not go for you only for the purpose of delivery. I want to say if you could not deliver it on time don't took consignment we can send it from any other courier
Because of them i could not fill up the form of revaluation and now i need to give exam of one more subject

We have a receipt for delivery and its been more than 10 days but my document is not delivered to the insurance company. They do not understand some claims have time limits to accept important documents. We are running behind doctors to get those documents and "palande couriers" are so irresponsible that they are not delivering it.
We heard they have not paid salaries to their employees hence they are not delivering the couriers. This is ridiculous.
Can we launch a police complaint against this courier service?
I would recommend every one not to use this non sense courier service who do not understand the importance of documents for normal human being.

I had dispatched some important documents to Bangalore (IBM company) through Palande Courier service Pune (Erandavane) on 8th Dec 2014. As of now the documents have not been delivered to the desired person. The status of the courier online shows delivered. After asking for the details to whom it was delivered, they have not provided any information. The IBM company says they have not received the courier. I have sent multiple follow up emails to palande bangalore but they have not responded. How can a customer rely on such service. My money is gone and plus my documents. I want to have them back, both the money and the documents. My experience with DTDC courier was good but not at all with Palande.

I Send a courier from PALANDE COURIER ,2/3 Erandwane, Karve Road, Opposite S. N. D. T., Behind State Bank of India, Pune - 411 004, Maharashtra - India.

After 15 days and several follow ups they told me that this has been lost.
Afterwards they asked me a submit a complaint in written and to contact after 10 days.
After 18 days of complaint they called up saying all they could do is giving me 750 rs which is less than Half of My courier value.That was a gift to someone so not reaching at all is another loss to me.
Please do the needful.
