Pan — PAN card undelivered | |
Sir, My PAN card bearing number ARYPR8470N, Name: TUSHAR GIRDHARLAL RAMPARIYA which was dispatched through First Flight Courier vide airway bill no. ZB2575166 could not be delievered at the mentioned address. Although my address mentioned in application is correct and i am in reciept of all correspondence at this address, yet the first flight courier has returned the PAN card stating that address is not correct. you are requested to send it by post at the same address. thanking you. My PAN card bearing number AEQPV0622P, Name: SMITHA MADHURI VERMA Although my address mentioned in application is correct and i am in reciept of all correspondence at this address, yet I have not received till date nor i dont the status also.
Kind request to send it by post at the same address.
