Pan — not received pan yer

sir/madam,
i had applied for pan card on 21/01/2007. but ididn, t got the card yet.befor four months i wrote u about this and i got a reply to produce the documents. asper the direction i send it to the belown shown adress:

but ididn't got any reply from that side. due to my necessity
last month i directly came to your bombay office and gave request . thus u informedthat u will send it with in two days. but ididn'r received the card yet.hope you know the importance of the card. please help please please. my application statusis at least give reply.
