PAN CARD APPLICATION FORM WERE NOT ACCEPTED BY MRS YOJAN MADAM AND DESHPAND SIR THANE UTI OFFICE FROM MY EMPLYEE MRS REVATI PEDNEKAR 31 FORMS FOR GIVING NO REASONS I AM PRACTISING SINCE LAST 30 YEARS HAVING ALL VALID GOVERNMENT REGISTRATION AND HAVING OFFICE AT SHOP NO 21 A SAGAR BONANZA J.V.ROAD KHOT LANE GHTKOPAR W MUMBAI 400 086 SO FAR THANE OFFICE HAS GIVEN THOUSAND OF PAN CARD HAND DELIVERY THE REASON FOR NOT ACCEPTING WAS NOT GIVEN THIS IS GREAT LOSS TO MY BUSINESS AND REPUTATION .N.S.GANATRA TAX CONSULTANT. I applied for pan card on line in the month of February 2012 as per following details:-
Name Bahadur Singh son of Kura Ram Date of Birth 20/03/1941
Ack No [protected]
Rs 94/= paid through cheque No 017737 dt 31/01/2012 and the amount
has been encashed and credited in the NSDL a/c.
Initially NSDL observed that last name is not mentioned in the Residential proof Identity.
I promptly sent through email my voter I card and my bank statement in which my last name
that Singh was correctly mentioned. I remove their obj.
Now despite my repeated reminders/ emails they are silent and nothing has been heard from them.
Apropos above I request to kindly instruct the concerned authority to verify my docus and process
for issuance of pan card expeditiously.
