[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I have applied my apllication no.[protected] on dated 10-12-08 in my it pan center hinganghat psi code-1mh4003 for pan card but i have not received pan card up to 05-01-09.

So, Please send my pan card as early as possible.

sir, i applied for pan card aprox one and half months ago, they told me that, you will recieve your pan card by post in 15 or maximum 20 days.But still i didn't recieved my pan card.my processing fee coupon no. is[protected] and application serial number for issue of pan[protected].plz look into this matter, and solve my problem sir.

Sir, I had applied for a pancard .When I enquired about my application status Iam informed that the card had been despatched to me and the card number is AUUPP3536G but tilldate I have not received.

Hello,
I applied for PAN card on 11th of sep 2008 and after 30 days I received my PAN card number. it is AHSPN1144R. But still I haven't received my pancard, however when i checked in pancard tracter It Is showing as dispatched. Because of this I went to UTI bank near KOTI, Bankstreet . It is like hell no one is giving response properly. what should I do now.

Sir,
With due honour and reference to the subject cited above I have the honour to state that I have applied for a PAN card a month back and subsequently I got the number for the same i.e. ADOPH4440E through SMS. According to the SMS my card was already been dispatched on 6th Nov '08 but surprisingly till date I have not received it. In regards to that I state you that it will be a great help from your side if you update me the current status of the card or any other way of procuring it from any of your PAN card issuing/collection point.

my application from 49 A bearing application sr. no.[protected] for issue of pan. date of receipt is 19 march 2008. processing fee coupon number is 03049321. and proof of identity is voter card.
please send my pan card immediately.

i hav applied for pan card 2 months before but still i hav not got my pan card...
still i am not getting any column where i can check my status ...what is status of my pan card...
so can be said that uti bank is worst bank in coustomer services...
any body can suggest me frm where i can find my pan card status...

When i ask to that branch contact person means he tolled " we have responsibiliets for sending our details after sending our work is finished". But in main branch they told we already sent your pan card but it is missed in post communication, actually i got my number also but now the number is not avaible. Tel me how to collect my pan number and pan card. can i apply another pan application.
