[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Dear Sir,

I have applied for the pan card in the month of February, 2008 & so far i have not received my pan card. Application no is[protected], coupon no is[protected] & the pan no is BUKPS7376C. when i checked it through net it is showing RUD lying in mumbai, so i kindly request you to see to it and deliver my pan card to the mentioned below address, since i have changed the company.

Dear Sir,

I had applied for Pan Card on NSDL website on 31st Dec, my acknowledgement num [protected].

On NSDL website, the status is showing Account number is AXWPK3254F and my D.O.B is[protected]. PAN card has come the address of mensioned but it was a temporary address so i couldn't collect my PAN card. Please send my PAN card back to this parmanent address as i have mentioned below.

Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.

On NSDL website, the status is showing as in Process.
