[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

After consult from AAYKAR SAMPARK KENDRA(ASK), I knew that my PAN-CARD has been already isued on the address of Punjab.But I had never lived at Punjab. Please look into this matter personnaly and issue my PAN-CARD at the following address.

I lost my pan card . my pan number is BJDPS4606M We are applied for same from pune . My name is Yashwant Singh, So far we have not received the PAN Card.We approached the above but i got one leter from Income tax deportment in which they are mention said the NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN NCC DATA AND APPLICATION DATA. becouse in income tax deportment my name is YASHWANT MANEGER SINGH and my father name is MANEGER TAHASILDAR SINGH, Then i was again going to UTI pan card office and submit The copy off leter and my pan card copy, but problem is remain same and as of now i am not getting my my pan card. I don’t understand why

We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the PAN card. If I got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I would like to inform you that I had already paid the processing fees on 4th Nov'2008 vode CFS No.[protected] at IT Pan Service Centre, Dulijan for necesary correction of my Pan Card No. BTZPS5063G.

But matter of great regret till date I am not received the Fresh Pan Card. Therefore please take the necessary steps for issuing the same and send the following address.
