[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

My self Sachine Gajananrao Faye, I had applied for Pan Card on 22th Aug. 2008, my Aplication no[protected] Cupan no.[protected] Pan Service Center Code 1MHB252 Bhandara so i Need pan no to return file in income tax office so plz. send my pan no on the my e-mail

the status is showing as in Process.

it is very rediculous that uti just want to collect fake money through applications and nothing else.

i applied to correct my pancard for the following reasons:
1.first time missmatch in my name.
2.second time missmatch of my photo.

for above two reasons i have already sent complaints on
[protected], i'm trying for this since for a year. But i have not received my correct pancard still today. Please e-mail me the reasons...
