[Resolved] Pan Card — PAN Card Misspelled Name | |
Hello All, I am Priyanka Shah and My PAN is BKMPS5050H.When first time I applied for allotment of PAN, My Surname was mis spelt on the card as SHAHA while correct is SHAH. I have filled the form to update the Surname and received the PAN with surname as SHAH. This happened twice, since I lost My updated pan card once. But when I search on site, https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/knowpan/SearchPAN.do I get My PAN only if I enter My Surname as SHAHA. This means that the change is not reflected in the database. I have to file My Income Tax Return and I am facing the same problem in that. When I am trying to register My self with My PAN, name and Date of Birth, its giving Me error as Wrong Name. I have mailed this matter [protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in four times in last six months, but I have not received any response yet. Please suggest Me what should I do in this situation? my name has been misspelt as sathish ananda.l instead of sathish anandh.l My name appeared as Subrata Bhownick instead of Subrata Bhowmick.
Dear sir,
My father name has been misspelt as DEBA RANJAN CHAKMA instead of DEVA RANJAN CHAKMA in my card.
So I do request you kindly to correct the same at your earliest so that it may not arise any problem
in accounting and direct what to do at first, if needs.

Pan card — Name misspelled on the PAN Card
Hi,My PAN Card number is ANUPM8079J.
My surname is misspelt on the PAN card as SRINIVASSA but the actual name is Srinivasa.
I'm also not able to register myself for the Govt website where in I can file my returns. When I try to login to the website, it accepts my PAN number but after that when I enter the Name as it appears on the PAN card it says invalid. Please help!!

am dalip kumar sahni and My PAN is ALVPS4319N.When first time I applied for allotment of PAN, My Surname was mis spelt on the card as SASHI while correct is SAHNI.I used on only one pan no. I applied to nsdl for correct the surnname in my card. Acknledgement no.[protected]
Pan card — Misspelt name
Dear Sir,I have applied for a new PAN. The PAN is still under process, but on tracking it online my name has been misspelt as MUJITHABA. Sir my actual name is MUJTHABA. MY PAN no. is DAFPS2334B. sathiya m — Not received my pan card
Hi, My name is E.sathya murhty i applied for the pan card in the month of march 2008, i recived my pan number.
