Pan Card — Incorrect address given by PAN card holder

We have received by post to our utter surprise a PAN card of Mr. Anirudh Chatterjee who has used our address for issue of PAN card without our information and consent. His PAN card Number is AKSPC4068L.
I would request you to cancel the PAN card with immediate affect and take appropriate action immediately against the defaulter for having given incorrect information to the Government of India. We have no relationship with him whatsoever. We should not be held responsible for any type of illegal( or legal) activities executed by the defaulter on this address.
