[Resolved]  Pan Card — Renewal of PAN CARD

I am using my Old Black & White PAN Card No: ALEPS4355B. I want to get it replaced by new coloured PAN CARD.

My nephew was issued Minor PAN card without photo and different(guardian) signature. Now he has become major as per govt rule. How to change PAN card with valid individual photo with signature. Please guide me
