My self Aniket Srivastava my pancard is missing from one month. My PAN card number is BWWPS1312J. I have already mail to you regarding this but there is no action till yet. I am facing lots of problems for missing pancard. This is humble request to you please do needfull for this. I hope you will surely respond of this mail.

We have received by post to our utter surprise a PAN card of Mr. Anirudh Chatterjee who has used our address for issue of PAN card without our information and consent. His PAN card Number is AKSPC4068L.
I would request you to cancel the PAN card with immediate affect and take appropriate action immediately against the defaulter for having given incorrect information to the Government of India. We have no relationship with him whatsoever....

I, Tripti Agarwal, PAN- AGQPA6751N, writing this complaint letter to intimate you that I am regularly filing ITR. For assessment year 2008-09 the ITR was filled on dated July 4, 2008. According to that TDS refund was Rs. 13, 530/-.

I have given sufficient bank details for ECS refund but till date it has not credited to my account.

A pan card had submitted vide ack no. [protected] dtd 4/4/09. the pan card had been despatched dtd 16 apr 2009 by speed post vide AWB NO. EM[protected]IN. during the delivery (23/04/09) Rs. 25/-only have been received by postman unlegally in absent of mr. chaman khan.
