So far I have not received the PAN Card.I have approached the income tax office in pune, they said contact utitsl but when contacted utitsl they are asking for PAN Allotment certificate.
However i am able to find the details of my PAN CARD from https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/knowpan/knowpan.do .

I applied my pan card in last october and they dispach my pan card on 25.nov.2008 but the problem is that its not reacieved on my address i dont know what happen with my pan card its a long to dispacth but i dint recieve it.
