I have lost my Pan card and had applied for a replacement for my PAN card (AAOPB9003E) vide acknowledgement No[protected]. I received an SMS from NSDLTN that PAN card application was received and sent to ITD. Number of times I have checked on net at www.tin-nsdl.com and also by sending SMS to 57575. The reply is that it is under process and to contact[protected]. But every time I tried to contact this number from my mobile phone it is informed that the number does not exist.
Can the correct number be informed if it is changed.

As per telephonic conversation with you, I am sending you the details of the discrepancy in my PAN card.
My PAN card ((Pan No- AAMPU6659F)) was issued to me in May 2003 since than I am using this number for my IT returns. The particular printed on the card are as follows:
My name is - Vijai Datta Upadhyaya
Father name- Har Datta Upadhyaya
Date of Birth[protected]
All these particulars are correct as far as I am concerned.
I am using this PAN no since then and regularly filing the income tax return on this, but when I filed the IT return this year, there was an error, and the PAN allotted to me is showing (IT Data base this) number is showing following details.
Name- Prakash Datta Upadhyaya
Father name- Devi Prakash Upadhyaya
Date of Birth[protected]
I have applied for change in all particulars in PAN card. There was discrepancy in my name, father’s name and date of birth. The pan card issued to me has all three character correct but it is not matching with the IT data base. I have requested for change in these characters and submitted the required document along with the PAN correction form in Feb 2012. Acknowledgement no for that application was [protected] (Date of Application[protected]
I contacted the NSDL, and confirmed that they have received the entire document which they asked for and all are valid but there is no progress in this matter till now. I also contacted the Ayakar Sampark Kendra several times the acknowledgement no for the recent conversation are (1285987, 1336663, and[protected] but response was that they cannot do anything in this regard. I have also mailed this matter on [protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in two times but there was no positive response till now (mail dated were 26th September 2012 and 8th October 12, 2012)

Dear Sir,
I have applied for pan card on 27th November, 12 online to NSDL and also made payment online for faster processing of my pan so that I can get it as soon as possible. I couriered the documents on 27th only through DTDC by paying high priority charges so it was delivered on 29th November. I had to provide copy of Driving Licence as ID proof and copy of bank statement as Address proof but by mistake I could not put address proof in the envelope and courier was delivered so I wrote so many mails to NSDL for helping me that what should I do but not got any reply. After discussion with a Customer Care Executive of NSDL I sent scanned copy of my address proof through mail to NSDL on 1st December, 12 for processing and asked for confirmation but till now I have not got any reply and whenever I am checking status it is still in NSDL so when they will send to Income Tax Department. Then I contacted Customer Care Executive of NSDL today i.e. on 6th December, 12 they are telling that address of Driving Licence is not matching with the address mentioned in application as it is obvious so I opted for different address proof in my application. I just want to request you to look into the matter that what NSDL is doing if I will consider from 27th November, 12 it is almost 10 days and if I will take 1st December then it is 6th day but till now they have not included my address proof and telling that it is in transit now but I want to inform officers and executives of NSDL that if we use mail systems then it does not take more than 2 minutes to reach you so it shows that NSDL is not checking their e mails daily and if they are checking they are least bothered to take action on that. So I request Income Tax Department and NSDL to work normally for the persons and should think to listen to their requests also. I have need of pan number on urgent basis so I request you to process my application as soon as possible. Moreover somebody will think that it is just 6 days of sending full documents but I want to state that after NSDL documents is forwarded to ITD which takes time of 7 to 8 days for pan allotment so when NSDL will send. I request you to act fast.

Sir, my pan no. is BHPPK5607J but I have not yet received my pan card. As I am a government servant I am not available at my residence which is mentioned in the pan application form. Every time pan card was dispatched through private Courier (Blue Dart Limited). Recently I again sent Application for pan card but Pan Card was again dispatched through Blue dart express . When I queried about my pan card status I found that my pan card was returned again and lying with the Blue Dart Express Limited, 41, Chowranghee Road, Kanak Building Kolkata 700071, vide way bill no.[protected] . When I personally contacted Blue Dart office and told that I show you my government ID and Original Address proof to collect my pan card he refused to give me the pan card. Please guide me how can I get my Pan card and take necessary action at your level

dear concern, despiting of giving two proofs i have given affidavit also where spelling of name correctly written. also on the application form name is correctly, still name incorrectly printed on pan card.after making complaint through sparsh and uti team i am getting useless statements on mails and over phone and following frm last 8 months but of no use.i need new pan card with correct name kindly arrange to send on my address mention on application form via no[protected].applicant is no where at fault and is suffering problems because of data entry error committed at your end.kindly rectify and send new pan card at the earliest applied in july2015

I been asked to surrender the dublicate pan card some how i got the number of the dublicate pan card from near by income tax office. they suggested me to send letter for surrender the card and i did soo. but now its 3 months i dint recived any detail on correction of my pan card.
Now i have to file the ITR and link Adhar card i m not allow to do it as system is showing some error.

My pan card no which need correction is - BUJPS0556D
i m tring hard to get details but not geting any information..

I have applied for PAN card under the name JIGYASA GUPTA having acknowledgment no. [protected] on 23rd Dec 2011.
still the card has not reached the department. and is at tin facilitator centre.
