i HAVE APPLIED FOR A PAN CARD ON 14 SEPTEMBER 2008. BUT IT IS NOT RECD ME TILL THE DATE TODAY IS 20 OCTOBER 2008. WHEN I HAVE CALLED THE COURIER CO. CUTOMER CARE THEN THEY TOLD THAT IT HAS BEEN LOST FROM THEIR END NOW THEY ARE NOT AGREE TO DLIVER ME THE DUPLICATE ONE THEY ARE BLANK AND DONT WANT TO GIVE ANY REPLY...?
I have applied for new pan card vide rt no. [protected] and status shown that the same has been dispatched on 7.11.08 th expressit logistics worldwide ltd vide airyaw b no. [protected]. when enquire from above courier, they mentioned that they have delivered one girl in our house. but there is no girl/daughter as mentioned name by loigstic. even there is no any said name girl/women in our street .
It is requested ti NSDL pl. send the same at my residence address or at my office address as mentioned below:
