[Resolved]  Pan Card — non receipt of pan card

I have applied for PAN card vide application no[protected] dated 24/08/2007.
But still not received PAN card.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and expedite the issue.

This is Prasad RV from Bangalore. I had applied for PAN card on 9th July, 2008 at Bajaj Capital Limited, MG Road branch, Bangalore. I have not receicved my PAN card till date and also enqired about the status in september, 2008 - says dispatched.

I have applied for PAN through onlline, every time my application has been rejected saying that they found mismatch.first name is shankar, last name is somasundaram, they are asking the proof which contains shankar somasundaram, I dont have any proof like that, I have only 'shankar s' in all my educational documents, voters id, licence, passport but they are asking gadjet for the name shankar somasundaram, I dont want to add my last name somasundaram along with shankar .Please consider this issue and provide a solution for this.

On going throuhg web site, it came to my knowlege that PAC Card was despatched and returned back to Mumbai. I wrote a letter dt. 27.12.2008 and by registered post along with self addressed pre-paid cover so I can get it. Even though yet I do not receive.

Please kindly requested to do needful and release my PAN Card.
