I request blue dart courier services to please deliever my two pancard within two days to the following address mentioned below. reason :- your person came to the given address which was mentioned in pancard but it was wrong done by the agent.

Pancard — Undeliverd Pan Card

(The Mail Sent To NSDL for So many times but there was no
any responce from the company)

There is no any responce till today of my any mail
plz read all the metter and mail me soon, its very urgent now.

I here stat that my name is " CHANDUBHAI GODADBHAI PANCHAL" and I also given my driving licence copy which was with the name of "CHANDUBHAI GODADBHAI PANCHAL".

It was only the problem in name of "Godaddas" to "Godadbhai".
"das" or "bhai" is not part of the name.

If you see in my driving licence copy the name is "Chandubhai Godadbhai Panchal.

But If you can't change the fathername Godaddas To Godadbhai Please send me the card with the name of "Chandubhai Godaddas Panchal"

I applied for pan card on 29|07|08 in finfacilitation centre and my acknowledgjement no is [protected].

Status : Your PAN card has been returned undelivered by post to NSDL on 18-Dec-2008. Please contact NSDL or the TIN-Facilitation Centre (TIN-FC) where application was made by you.buttill date ihad not resived the pan card .
so please do the needful.
