I had invest of Rs 100000 in this company. Sarrenderd date 31 September 2015 but I don't have received cheque or money. Please help me .

I have bought a membership for Rs 1120 on 31.07.2006. Till date i have not availed any stay in any Hotel using this pancard membership. Now that the membership has expired on 31.07.2015 after a period of 9 years. How much amount i will get for my investment of Rs1120 on surrender of this membership. What is the procedure to get the redemption amount. I request the agents or all concerned to guide me in this regard please.

I have invested Rs.25000/- on 01/10/2012 in Pancard clubs Ltd..they have issed the certificate and it is matured now on 04/1/2016. I have submitted the cft. on 14/1/2016 at Kalyan office but the 4 months have passed the company is not returning the amount.

I have invested in Pan card club in 2010 but till date no boudy responding for repayment of my investment. So please help me to re collection of my money.

From what I have read ...SEBI in its order dated 29/02/2016 has ordered PAN CARD CLUB Ltd to refund all the money collected from the investors for their time share business within 3 months from the date of order and I am now waiting for 29/05/2016 as the company would commit contempt of SEBI order if it fails to comply with the order. The order also mentions that within 15 days the company will have to submit refund details to SEBI. The company's staff seems unaware of the facts about SEBI order and assured me that they need a month more to settle my amount tat was to be paid to me in Aug 2015! The company has provided good returns in the past but now there is too much of a delay in receiving maturity amount.. strict compliance of order required!

My self rajes v chougule, has invested rs. 5000/- 9 years before, 3 times return, my maturity date was last year, when i submitted my certificate, they told me to call after 1 month for cheque, i keep on calling after 3 month received the cheque that also post dated 6 month ahead, saying we have added addtional interest for the perio.

Cheque due date was on 07/06/2016, i have deposited the same on 7th and received message from icici that cheque has got dishonoured.

Cheque no. 497742 dated : 07/06/2016. Amounting to rs. 16530/-

next day i call the mahim branch, they told me that you need t0 submit he cheques back to bracnch along with cancel cheque and pan card copy.

On surrendering the ceque they wil give me the receipt, and they will transfer the amount to my account directly till then i have to keep quite.

Is there any update on returns by PanCard? I have invested almost 4 lakhs of my own, also another 12 lakhs from different members. Currently there is no update from PanCard when they are planning to return the money, also their local office staff seems to be unresponsive. Can anyone please suggest?

Pan card club is a bogus company.I had invested 50000/- for three years.The maturity was in 2014 April.I am still waiting for the maturity amount.

Till date i have not received my said amount

NO body is entertaining for this, given nos wrong

Everybody all member of PAN card club here i would like to share my bitter experience with PAN Card club company please read be carefully & take care of it.

a) I had invested 5000/-one time investments in the year 2012 now maturity has been completed but still yet not received maturity payment.

b.Company is accepting money in all office. But while repayment we have to go compulsorily at its Mahim Office Only.

c). No Branch is accepting for maturity even after Maturity date.

d). We had received maturity cheque on maturity date one year letter also we had disposited cheque in my accout same cheque had been bounced also we had ask in Mahim branch they are saying that payment will release earlist dont worry


e) My agent name is Mr.Shrirang naikwadi they are not able to pick-up phone nor give us response

very very bad & bitter experience with them & company also your agent won responsibility give service to his client about maturity of payment also agent saying that not my responsibility your money is your responsibility.

As per my experience with company I will give zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero ate for this company.

Had invest Rs 35, 000/- by taken the Policy on my Son's name Mihir Upahyay on 12th May 2011,
The maturity amt on Five year plan of Rs 50, 000/- by 1st June 2016 .
But when I asked for that after maturity on July 2016, they refusing to pay back .
The Agent is Jignaben Ajay Mehta – rank & code is = SFO/[protected].
Now they had closed their Office also.

I invest this company I lakh maturity date is Dec. 2015 but till date payment not given.

at mahim office I visit 6 to 7 times but no one give positive response. fully ac office at mahim all staff given salary to cheated customer who visited in office .

I had deposited / invested Rs. 35, 100/= on 12.12.11 and the maturity was due on 12.03.15, but I received my cheque on 11.08.15 (after 5 months) and it was a post dated i.e. 12.03.16 ( after 1 year)

At the time of depositing the above said cheque in bank I made a call in Vita office (Dist. Sangli) and asked to Mr. Suryavanshi that should I deposit the cheque then he told me to re-submit the said cheque in their Vita office instead of depositing it in the Bank and assured me that the maturity amount for the above will get transferred in my amount directly by neft.

As per his assurance I submitted the said cheque in their office and they gave me NEFT reference no. They also took my bank details for the said NEFT.

Now almost one and half years passed but still have not received my maturity amount. every time on inquiry, pan card club's representatives / staff speaks that it will take time, the government has sealed all their bank accounts / court case is going on etc., etc.

Can the Government take a legal Action against this Company to return our hard earned money which we had trusted and invested in this Company, They have cheated thousands of people.
