[Resolved]  Panchsheel Buildtech — GDA not approved floors in panchsheel willington tower

I had booked one flat in “panchsheel willington tower 4”.I have made payment of 15% at the time of booking for rest I have taken approval form bank. But now after one year I came to know that from 11th to 24th floor is not approved by GDA. I have inquired a lot but I never got any proper answer from builder and there employee regarding approval.
It’s very shocking news for me about GDA approval, at the time of booking they have swoon me all paper about approval but now I can say they have committed totally wrong.
Now situation is that when I am calling they are trying to avoid it.

I can say Employee of panchsheel is one of the worst employees in the construction sector even they don’t know how to talk with customer.

Can you please guide me what action I should take.
