i have booked a flat in noida extension. the builder is panchsheel buildtech. at the time of booking of the flat the company has claimed that the compay is a member of credaincr. recently going through credaincr website, i found that the compay is at all not a member of creai. i really realized now that i am cheated by the company on giving false information by them....

I had booked one flat in “panchsheel willington tower 4”.I have made payment of 15% at the time of booking for rest I have taken approval form bank. But now after one year I came to know that from 11th to 24th floor is not approved by GDA. I have inquired a lot but I never got any proper answer from builder and there employee regarding approval.
