have two plots in panchsheel Park.I was worried a little because there was no communication from builder side and i had deposited 70% of payment.Then i decided to go there last week, i was in the mood of fighting.First i visited the site, i got satisfied with the development.Then i came back and went to registrar office with one of the director named shankar Lal and got plots registered.And i am really happy because i had invested in many projects that time but This is the first builder who is ready for possession.
Friends, stop worrying, go and get the possession.If we expect premium development like MGF and DLF in rs2000/sq.yd.that is not possible.

I booked a plot there and have paid more that 2.00 Lac. Some days ago I received a phone call from them to pay the balance and take possession of the plot.

If anyone can tell that what is the situation of development at the site. Advise me that it is worthy to pay them about 4.00 Lac more and take the possession.

Kindly form a group to get your hard earnest money from the cheeted builder

Not sure if the office exists now. I am trying to call them on various numbers.
Their website is not coming in google search.

I also agree. I have also booked the plot with 3 friends around 2006. Booked a 20 sq yards plot with corner location for 5.5 Lakhs, and have paid 5 lakh so far. no revert from them at all. they dont revert on e mails and phones. I think we should get together as a group and file a case against them

i have also booked one plot in panchsheel given 90% of the payment, earlier they were saying that the possesion will be given in late 2009 but till now there is no sign of it. i am trying to contact people there in there gurgaon office and jaipur office but there is no responce.i have taken the plot from an agent of panchsheel and his no. is also switch off. and is not tracable.i think that there is something wrong. i am from a very middle class family and invetsted that money with very difficulty in thought of that they will increase some day but now i think all my money has been looted by several people.

hi friends... i have also booked three plots in the scheme with a bright promise of cricket acamedy, theme park and others, but none of them materialising on ground... i have paid more then 7lacs and m in real doubt about the future of the project as the front portion which is claimed to be under JDA has not yet approved...i wish everything goes fine...if anyone gets any update kindly let us know... let us form a grup and keep in touch to protect our hard earned money...

Well they are not planning to create academy/theme parks any more.
They are saying, these facilities will come over a period of time (next 20 years)

i am one of the invester in panchsheel park. i watch the project . project is very good in the project devlopment is slow but good than others project, please call if you worry [protected]

I am lalit raheja, Resident of Gurgaon..I visited the site on 26 December 2009. The day was Saturday and still when I called up their office they deputed a person on site for site tour. They have got electricity connection, water, sewage n all the things. They will be inviting final instalment in April or May n get the plots registered in name of Allottees. Development is slow but nothing is fishy about the project. After Vatika City this is the project with maximum development. I have investments in all the projects coming up on Ajmer Highway. I am satisfied with the development.
When companies DLF and Emaar MGF are delaying the possession by more than 6 months then how can you expect them to be on promised time.
Getting license from the Authorities is not about submitting the papers on time. It has lots of hassles that I cannot mention openly.

i'm puneet kripalani from new delhi, i've booked plot A517 with panchsheel colonizers. i've paid 90% amount & even after repeated attempts to get possession, i've been given false promises. hence i'm planning to take legal action if my investment is not refunded in next 7 days.

Why dont they come up with clarification about all the apprehensions customers have got?

I think, panchsheel have fooled the people by giving false promises.

I also have booking with Pancsheel for a 350 sq yds since 2006. I have already paid 80 %. Still no firm commitment on Possession date. Every time I talk to them they prolong it for another 2-3 months.I do not know when it will happen

They refunded me after 5 years to get aPDC which later bounced.When I went to Court to find que of cases on them.So basically they are cheater, Scoundrel& paupers so nothing can be done when a man gets naked.
